The GCSE is the British national education exam for all secondary school pupils in the UK, and the IGCSE is the international version. Having the IGCSE demonstrates that your child can use English as a tool in an academic context. The certification is therefore one of the keys that will open doors to universities and international organisations for your child.
Teens preparing with the world's English experts will:
- develop the ability to communicate clearly, accurately and effectively in both spoken and written language
- learn how to use a wide-ranging vocabulary, use correct grammar, spelling and punctuation, and develop a personal style and an awareness of the audience being addressed
- be encouraged to read extensively, both for their own enjoyment and to further the ways in which English is used.
- analyse language, using their mastery of the English language to explore the writer's intended effect on the reader.
