Fluxux Art Projects and Diaphonique are long standing bilateral collaboration supported by the British Council which are part of our Spotlight programme.

Fluxus Art Projects

Fluxus Art Projects supports exhibitions and curatorial visits by contemporary artists and curators from both countries. Around 20 projects are supported annually in a range of arts venues across France and the UK, including this year Jeremy Deller at FRAC Bretagne, Zoe Williams at Fræme Marseille, Tarek Lakhrissi at Flatland Projects, and Josèfa Njtam at the Barbican, to name just a few.

Fluxus Art Projects is supported by the Institut français du Royaume-Uni, the Institut français, French Ministry of Culture, French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs, Arts Council England, Creative Scotland, Arts Council of Wales/Wales Arts International, Arts Council of Northern Ireland, and the British Council. We benefit from the valuable and unwavering commitment of our patrons and friends.

Diaphonique

The Diaphonique fund supports classical and contemporary music collaborations between France, the UK, and, since 2023, Ireland. Ten new projects will be supported over the coming year, including new commissions, concerts, residencies, and educational projects with composers, musicians, and festivals from all three countries, creating stronger links between them.

Diaphonique is supported by Sacem, French Institute Trust, Institut français du Royaume-Uni, Institut français, Centre National de la Musique, the British Council, Creative Scotland, Culture Ireland, and the Fondation Francis and Mica Salabert.
