How satisfied are our customers?
As the world’s English experts we recognise the importance of providing the best possible service and in order to do this we need to be in close contact with our customers so as to understand what they want.
We regularly ask them for their feedback through surveys, focus groups and questionnaires and this informs how we develop our services. Here are some statistics indicating their responses in 2019-2020:
- Almost 80% of our students are satisfied or very satisfied with our classes (203 respondents to the survey).
- Almost 80% of our students feel positive or very positive about their progress (203 respondents to the survey).
- 82% of students are happy with the class atmosphere in our centres (163 respondents to the survey).
